During the next 24 hours from your purchase you will receive an email notification with the confirmation of your purchase, thereafter we'll send a tracking number of your shipment.

O&P offers worldwide shipping. Orders fully processed will be dispatched within one working day after reveiving our email notification and after that we will send a tracking number.

Delivery times are estimated and are subject to any possible delay of the delivery company, for which O&P does not take any responsibility. Please, be aware that some destinations may require additional time for the package to arrive.

DUTIES & TAXES
Olivia & Prescott is not responsible for the buyers custom, duties, tax and clearance fees. These fees are enforced by your residing country. Customers who refuse shipment will still be charged. Please, be aware of your country´s tax and import regulations before committing to your purchase.
Extra charges (sales tax, clearance and customs duty) may occur depending on your residing country and local customs charges. Please check your country's import regulations before you place your order as these charges are at the receivers expense. Please note that delays due to custom procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by the receiver. Unfortunately Olivia & Prescott has no control over these charges, and customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, duty and custom charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
If the package is returned to O&P facilities or does not arrive to its receiver due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, not accurate delivery information, absent receiver or otherwise, O&P does not take any responsibility of the return or exchange shipping costs or package resending costs.
O&P does not guarantee that all items displayed on this website are in stock at the time of your order. In the case that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. Products can be removed without any prior notice, as pricing and descriptions of products an also be amended at any point. O&P cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date.
