For us, your peace of mind in your purchase is the most important thing. That is why, once you have received your O+P item, if you are not satisfied you can make an exchange or simply return it, fulfilling the conditions detailed below. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item to do so.

According to our company policies, make sure you have tried on the bottom with your underwear on, all the garments to be changed must be clean, with the hygiene stickers in their original position without having been removed and placed again, unwashed, without stains with the original labels and in the same condition as we sent them to you. Additionally, the purchase receipt and the original box must be included in the package. SPAIN AND PORTUGAL EXCHANGES (the Canary Islands not included)

A maximum of one free exchange will be allowed for each item purchased at O+P.

The costs of the first change shall be held by O+P. Once you tell us the change you need (depending on sizing availability), you must prepare the part or parts of the bikini with the size that does not fit you in a sealed envelope or shipping box and we will send a messenger to pick the package up and once we get the item of the change and in perfect condition, we will proceed to send, at no cost again, the new size or model requested.

*For garments purchased with a 20% or more discount, special offers, sales and final price, no changes are allowed and in case of returnings, a voucher will be emited for the amount expended without shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return of the garments will be paid by the customer and should always be done with a tracking number.

**No changes are accepted for orders placed in our Black Week and other special promotions.

INTERNATIONAL AND CANARY ISLANDS EXCHANGES

It is only possible to make a size change in the same model and colour, and according to availability. If there is no availability a voucher will be made. In any case, a new order must be placed by choosing the desired item.

Once we have received the return of the article in perfect condition, we will proceed to pay the amount of the returned article, but the shipping costs will not be refunded.

When the customer sends the changed item, it’s mandatory to include a certified tracking number and to send it to us by e-mail. Otherwise, O+P IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF THE PACKAGE or the refund of the amount.

No changes will be accepted for purchases made on items that have a 10% or more discount applied, nor for special offers neither final prices, in these cases a voucher will be generated for the same amount of the value of the purchase made that the customer will be able to redeem in any subsequent purchase in the O+P online store. The voucher will be valid for 6 months.

RETURNS

Shipping costs for returns of any O+P items will always be charged to the customer.

When the customer sends the returned item, it’s mandatory to include a certified tracking number and to send it to us by e-mail. Otherwise, O+P IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF THE PACKAGE or the refund of the amount.

Once we receive the item of your return to the address indicated and in perfect condition, we will proceed to pay the amount of your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. The refund will be issued within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the original items. For holiday periods, it may take a little longer, with a maximum of 7 working days.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

-O+P does not accept exchanges or returns on international shipments where the customer has not accepted payment of customs duties in his country of residence.

- If a customer requests a refund or exchange and the package is held by customs on its way to our offices, O+P is not responsible for any customs fees. These will be paid by the customer.
