Olivia & Prescott (O&P) is a sustainable swimwear brand born in the coastline of Barcelona in 2019.

Our creations are made with ECONYL® Regenerated Nylon, a yarn that performs exactly the same as virgin nylon and can be recycled, recreated and remoulded again and again

How is that? Let's explain this process that goes like this:

1/ The ECONYL® Regeneration System starts with rescuing waste, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic from landfills and oceans all over the world. That waste is then sorted and cleaned to recover all of the nylon possible.

2/ Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. That means ECONYL® regenerated nylon is exactly the same as virgin nylon.

3/ ECONYL® regenerated nylon is processed into textile yarn.

4/ Our fabrics are composed by 78% to 90% of ECONYL® and the beauty of ECONYL® regenerated nylon is that it has the potential to be recycled infinitely, without ever losing its quality. At this stage, the circle closes and it gets back to the sea in the shape of a beautiful swimwear design.

Implicit in this process is the opportunity to create new products without having to use new resources, indeed at the very same time, our seas are cleaner because of this activity.

Our Premium Italian fabrics are designed to remain unaltered over time, therefore, we have the chance to create sustainable, durable, very resistant, timeless and soft hand-feel swimsuits.

All fabrics and components have the STANDART 100 by OEKO-TEX® certifying that they are free of toxic and harmful substances for the health and environment.

Our production is carried out locally, from our studio in El Maresme to the small dressmaking workshop nearby Barcelona. We stand for fair trade and support our local economy, as well as we can have better control in the production and we try to reduce our carbon footprint to the minimum in the transit process of the products.

Each collection is made in small quantities. Making whatever bikini or swimsuit you choose, you'll be almost the only one wearing it on the beach.

For us, being an ethical brand entails a great responsibility and we believe it's important to be led by a series of intangible values that report a positive common benefit at all levels, such as a healthier environment, protection of animals and plants, and respect for the local workers without giving up on timeless, feminine and elegant designs for those smart and eco-conscious women who love the beach and enjoy the sea. That is our reason for existing.

Because we love the Earth, we are 100% sustainable since we were born.

Click in this heart, it links to Teaming. We help volunteer divers in the Costa Brava to remove ghost fishing nets with microdonations through the Teaming group of "Ghost Fishing / Costa Brava" and also to the "Fundación CRAM: ayuda a conservar las tortugas marinas" who helps to save marine turtles and other marine animals in their recovery center nearby Barcelona.
