For us, your peace of mind in your purchase is the most important thing. That is why, once you have received your O&P item, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept full priced items for return, provided they are in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags and liners attached.
Full priced items can be returned for a refund. We do not issue exchanges. If you need an alternate size please go ahead and place a new order.
Returns must be lodged online and postmarked within 14 days of your order date. Returns are to be posted to our office in Barcelona.
According to our company policies, make sure you have tried on the bottom with your underwear on, all the garments to be changed must be clean, with the hygiene stickers in their original position without having been removed and placed again, unwashed, without stains with the original labels and in the same condition as we sent them to you. Additionally, the purchase receipt and the original box must be included in the package. Return postage costs are at the customer expense.
Sale items are strictly final sale only, and cannot be returned for either exchange, or refund. Only store credit will be evaluated.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

For faulty items please email email@example.com so that our customer care team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Please include a few clear pictures to show the issue. You will need to return the item in an otherwise original condition. You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

Once your return has been created, you will receive an email confirmation including details on how to send your item/s back to us, and our returns address.
Olivia and Prescott are not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number.
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 2-4 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial providers.
