For us, your peace of mind in your purchase is the most important thing. Therefore, once you have received your O&P item, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept the return of full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and linings attached.
Full price items can be returned for a refund. We do not make exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order.
Returns must be processed online and postmarked within 14 days of receipt of order. Returns must be sent to our Barcelona office.
In accordance with our company policies, please ensure that you have tried on your underwear bottom, all garments to be exchanged must be clean, with the hygiene stickers in their original position without having been removed and replaced, unwashed, unstained with the original tags and in the same condition in which they were sent to you. In addition, the purchase receipt and the original box must be included in the package. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Discounted items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Refunds are only given in exchange for shop credit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

For faulty items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that our customer service team can arrange for the faulty products to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of the garment. Please include some clear photos to show the problem. You must return the item in its original condition. You will be compensated for shipping costs in all circumstances of faulty returns. We will assess the defect of the returned garment and reserve the right to repair or replace it. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment or general wear and tear are not considered defective.

Once your return has been created, you will receive a confirmation email which will include details on how to send your item(s) back to us, and our returns address.
Olivia and Prescott cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to garments in return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and noting your tracking number.
Return shipping and any reverse taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is accepted or rejected. This process can take up to 2-4 business days.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment as long as it is not a discounted item.
Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 working days to appear on your bank statement due to different processing times between financial providers.
